First we establish your requirements and agree on a basic structure. We take into account who your customers are likely to be, and how up-to-date their web browsers and computers are likely to be. Are they seasoned web surfers, or liable to get lost in cyberspace?

Then the we develop the nuts and bolts - we make sure that everything is there, it all links effectively, the page flow is right, and the engine of the site works.

Then comes the fun bit - by now you'll probably have a pretty good idea of the sort of thing you want. Because the engine is ready we can decorate it with whatever body we want.
